During the academic year, each Tuesday morning that classes are in session, a brief Christian service is held in Tuttle Chapel, second floor of Center Hall. It runs from 9:25 a.m. until 9:35. All are welcome.

Lecture: Robin Nagle: Baxter Hall 101 (Lovell Lecture Room), 12:00PM
Dr. Robin Nagle, Professor of Anthropology, Director of the John W. Draper Interdisciplinary Master's Program in Humanities and Social Thought at New York University will give a talk on ""Labors of Waste and the Value of Knowledge."
Dr. Nagle is an anthropologist whose research focuses on the category of material culture known variously as garbage, rubbish, refuse, trash, or waste. She is particularly interested in its labor and infrastructural requirements in urban contexts. She is the author of the new book, Picking Up: On the Streets and Behind the Trucks with the Sanitation Workers of New York City. The Art Department invites anyone interested in drawing the human form to come participate!
The Figure Drawing Sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7-10 pm in the Fine Arts Center, room A133.
Sessions are free and open to everyone; you do not need to be enrolled in a class to partake! Participants work at their own pace, in their own style, without formal instruction.
Newsprint and charcoal will be provided; if you would like to use other materials, please feel free to bring your own.
