Load up on vitamin C! We need at least 90 mg of vitamin C per day and the best way to get this is by eating at least five servings of fresh fruit and vegetables every day.
Indiana Blood Center Blood Drive
The blood drive is being held in Knowling Fieldhouse on Tuesday, April 21st, from 9am-4pm. The donation process takes less than an hour. It is recommended that donors have a light snack before donating. Most people are eligible to donate. There are very few causes for deferral and very few medications that are not acceptable.
