Chamber Orchestra Spring Concert on Sunday

The Wabash College Chamber Orchestra invites you to a Sunday evening of beautiful music, April 22 at 7 p.m. in Salter Concert Hall in the Fine Arts Center.

Under the direction of Wabash music instructor, Alfred Abel, the Wabash College Chamber Orchestra consists of a diverse group of Wabash College students, faculty, and members of the Crawfordsville community.

Selections include Felix Mendelssohn’s The Hebrides (Fingal’s Cave Overture); Camille Saint-Saens’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso (featuring virtuoso violin solo by senior Adam Dybel); selections from the opera Dido and Aeneas by Henry Purcell; and Nicolay Rimsky-Korsakov’s suite from the opera Snegourotchka (The Snow Maiden).

The entire community is invited to the free concert.
