Dan Burke ’02 had an exciting first night on the syndicated television show Jeopardy but was ousted as champ Wednesday night.

Burke won $26,798 on his first night for the championship but failed to correctly answer the Final Jeopardy question in his second appearance.

Burke was a Wabash College religion major and member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He is a high school teacher and cross country coach at Mount Carmel High School in Illinois.
