a group of people standing together

Flanked by sopranos Elizabeth Pearse and Alize Roznyai, Wabash Music Professor Lawrence Bennett celebrates on stage after the first performance of Ignaz Holzbauer's "Hypermnestra" since 1741. Bennett has spent the last 14 years bringing Holzbauer's composition back to life, discovering and then editing the German opera, which was performed by the Indiana University Baroque Classical Orchestra and Soloists to a packed house at Salter Concert Hall.
