Knowledge Base - Laptop - Remove Searching for dial-up connection

If you have returned to campus and your laptop is searching for a "dial-up connection", please try the following steps:

1. Right Click on the Internet Explorer icon.

2. Click Properties

3. Select the "Connections" tab

4. Check "Never dial a connection"
5. Click OK
