Knowledge Base - Open Outlook - Inbox view instead of Outlook Today

If you would prefer to have Outlook open with the “Inbox” view instead of the default Outlook Today view, here are the steps:

1.    Tools (located in the top menu bar)
2.    Options (Choose “Options” from the list)
3.    Other (select the “Other” tab)
4.    Advanced Options (button)
5.    “Start up in folder: Inbox” (You will have to “Browse” for the Inbox folder – you will want the Mailbox Inbox – not the Personal folder Inbox.)
6.    Click OK
7.    Click OK
