Crawford Named Director of Schroeder Career Center

Wabash College President Andrew T. Ford has announced that Scott Crawford has been named the new director of the Schroeder Career Center at Wabash College. Crawford comes to Wabash from Johns Hopkins University, where he served for more than three years as direct of career services for the School of Professional Studies in Business and Education. At Johns Hopkins, Crawford managed the recruiting and employer relations activities of the office and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the center and its staff.

Alumni provide students hands-on career experience in Washington D.C.

While their fellow Wabash men travel the country and the world on Spring Break immersion trips, six students will be exploring their career interests with hands-on experience in Washington D.C.

Clay Conner ’06, Benjamin Gonzalez ’07, Luke Lukasik ’06, Benjamin Nguyen Tang Le ’07, Dunmomi Owolabi ’06, and Paul Stolarczuk’06 were selected to participate in the first Jim Graham Externship Experience, serving one-week-long externships with D.C.-area Wabash alumni.

Wabash Alum Fred Wilson Named President and CEO of Saks Fifth Avenue
Luxury retailer Saks Incorporated has announced that Fred Wilson has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises (SFAE). Wilson will assume his duties at SFAE by January 1, 2004. He will replace Christina Johnson, who resigned in October.    more...
