Mac Petty Ceremony (02-19-11)

Mac Petty, who is retiring after 35 years as Wabash's head basketball coach, thanks the crowd for what they've meant to him and his family. President Pat White presented Coach Petty with a plaque commemorating his remarkable career, and Athletics Director Tom Bambrey announced that the basketball floor would be named in his honor.

At the conclusion of his remarks, Coach Petty reminded the crowd that there is still "unfinished business" — the NCAC Tournament, which starts Tuesday. Wabash hosts a first round game at 7:30 p.m.
