Biologist, ultramarathon runner, and bestselling author Bernd Heinrich visited Professor Greg Redding's freshman tutorial, Theory and Lore of Running, on Thursday. After talking with the class, he went running in Shades State Park with Professor Redding and those students who didn't have afternoon classes.
