This past summer, I was awarded the opportunity to live in Louisville while interning with Legal Aid Society because of both generous grants provided to me through Wabash College as well as the generosity of local Wabash alumni. My summer at Legal Aid provided me a rare undergraduate opportunity to see the inner workings of the legal system and confirm my desire to attend law school after Wabash.

The Wabash Small Business Fund allowed me to further my professional development by getting an internship with Tomorrow Bookstore in Indianapolis. I was blessed to have the opportunity to complete a part of the historic Camino trail in Spain as a part of my immersion course. I never imagined myself going to Spain for a class, and I surely never imagined hiking over 100 miles in under a week, but Wabash helped me achieve both.
