Dinner on the River Walk with Wabash alumni was tough to pass up for Coach Erik Raeburn. In San Antonio for the American Football Coaches Association annual convention, Raeburn was invited to join area alumni for a casual dinner at Casa Rio (think colorful umbrellas).
Following dinner and great conversation in a private room overlooking the River Walk, Raeburn spoke about the Little Giant Football Program. He introduced the members of the coaching staff that were in attendance, recapped the 2011 season, gave a small glimpse into 2012, and answered several questions from the alumni. Thanks to Coach Raeburn, the others coaches, and the local alumni and guests for making it a great evening.
The San Antonio alumni will be treated by another Wabash visit when Coach Stevens and the baseball team head to San Antonio in early March. Dinner with the team is planned for Tuesday, March 6. More details to come.
