Wabash College is saddened to learn that Saint Joseph's College will suspend operations after the current semester. The College wishes to offer its assistance to qualified young men who may be interested in transferring to Wabash.
Mike Thorp, Dean for Enrollment Management, will serve as the primary contact person in the Wabash Admissions Office.
Wabash pledges to make that process seamless, working simultaneously on transfer admission, financial aid, and transfer of credits earned at Saint Joseph’s. The College will guarantee on-campus housing to all admitted transfer students who enroll this fall. Wabash is prepared to offer exceptional merit-based scholarships to any young men from St. Joseph’s who are Dean’s List students.
Director of International Programs Amy Weir will assist international students from Saint Joseph's who might wish to transfer to Wabash.
The College has set up a special campus visit days specifically for men from Saint Joseph's interested in transferring to Wabash on Friday, February 24, Friday, March 31, and Friday, April 7.
Activities will include an introduction to Wabash's liberal arts curriculum, Liberal Arts Plus initiatives in business, public discourse, global health, and digital arts, residence life, and athletics. Students could also visit classes and meet with faculty and coaches.
Interested students can begin the process here, or take a virtual aerial tour of our campus.
