Fisher, author of The Theater of Tony Kushner: Living Past Hope, will talk with Skinner about the range of acclaimed American playwright Kushner's work.
Fisher, recipient of the Indiana Theater Person of the Year, is widely known as an expert on the plays, monologues, one-acts, and other published work of Kushner, who won a Pulitzer Prize for his ground-breaking play Angels in America.
WBAA radio is the National Public Radio affiliate at Purdue University, where Kushner is a guest this week. On Monday, March 31, Kushner will present a public lecture at Purdue. He also will recieve the Purdue English Department's Literary Award. The lecture will be presented at 8 p.m. in the Loeb Playhouse.
