Sunday events include the Baccalaureate Chapel, Buffet, Legacy Photographs, Commencement Ceremony, and Reception for the Class.
Students must complete all of the graduation requirements to walk in Commencement and receive their diplomas. Graduation-eligible students will receive details on Commencement around Spring Break of the spring semester. The Bookstore handles purchasing of caps and gowns.

Whether your son needs a PC or a Mac, he can access them at the many computer labs on campus. Students can find a list of locations, hours, equipment, and software here: https://www.wabash.edu/technology/labs.
ID cards are issued to all entering students during orientation. The card is valid for all four years. Students use their ID as a library card, to charge photocopies in the library, and for admission into the dining hall and athletic events. There is a fee to replace lost ID cards.
Most new students move in on Ringing In Saturday, which usually occurs on the third Saturday of August. (Check the four-year calendar for the exact date.) Most fall sports report the week before. Parents of current students advise, “Pack light” and “You don’t need to bring big items like dorm fridges and microwaves.”

All residence halls, and most fraternities, have washers and dryers. There are also several laundromats and dry-cleaning establishments in Crawfordsville. (Students should bring a roll of quarters to pay for the machines in the residence halls.)
If Wabash students develop an interest, there’s probably a club to foster it. The Student Senate approves and grants funding for more than 70 organizations. You can find a list of student clubs here: https://www.wabash.edu/studentlife/clubs
Wabash students (including freshman) may have vehicles on campus. The campus does not require or issue parking permits. Those with cars should take care not to park beside yellow curbs, which designate fire and emergency access. These are tow-away zones.
Each Friday, the International Students Association organizes a free shuttle service to Wal-Mart, which is available to all students. Interested students can contact the Director of International Programs for details.
