Junior diver Howard Baily (Moss Point, MS/Moss Point) set a personal best in points while finishing third overall on the three-meter diving board at the annual Wabash January Diving Classic on Saturday.
Baily scored a 244.90 on his eleven dives to finish ahead of a trio of Ohio Northern University divers and a diver from Rose-Hulman. Bailey scored 209.70 points on Friday night to finish fifth out of nine divers in the one-meter competition. Freshman Jovon Merritt (Opa Locka, FL/Miami Carol City Senior) was eighth on the one-meter board (188.95).
