Seven Wabash College Students Land Orr Fellowships

Seven Wabash College seniors have earned Orr Fellowships, guaranteeing two-year salaried positions with some of Indiana’s most dynamic, high-growth businesses.

Seth Acero, Will Morris, Ryan Papandria, Andres Peralta, Mark Stolte, Olivier Tuyishime, and Ben Wallace will receive executive mentorship and participate in a curriculum designed to develop understanding and skills vital to entrepreneurship and business leadership. Further, as Orr Fellows, they will grow professionally through an active and supportive network with opportunities for cultural and civic engagement.

“The Orr Fellowship is an incredible way to start a career and history has proven it’s a great way to take the liberal arts skills into business roles and further the development and networking started on campus,” said Cassie Hagan, director of professional development and Center for Innovation, Business, and Entrepreneurship (CIBE). “It’s extremely competitive and I am proud of our 2025 Orr Fellows and all of our seniors who chose to put their resumes in the candidate pool.”

Seth Acero ’25Acero, a native of San Antonio, Texas, is a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, and the rugby club. Previously, he interned with Autism Spectrum Australia.

He will work with Bridge Builder Strategies, a non-profit business development consulting firm based in Indianapolis.

“It is an honor to be a part of this fellowship in the state of Indiana,” said Acero, an English major and mathematics minor. “I look forward to growing my professional network and skillset so I can advance the ideals of nonprofits in the future.”

Will Morris ’25Morris, a native of Plainfield, Indiana, is a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, the track and field and swim and dive programs, as well as the college republicans. He interned with Quickrete during his Wabash career.

He has paired with Mt. Vernon, Indiana-based Warehouse Services Inc., third-party logistics specialists that provide end-to-end supply chain services.

“Earning the Orr fellowship is an incredible honor,” said Morris, a PPE major and business minor. “I’m excited to grow and learn with the other talented fellows. I hope to make an impact by connecting with peers and contributing to my host company and the broader Southern Indiana community.”

“The Orr Fellowship program has a strong alumni network of successful men and women in the Indianapolis area and it is an honor to join that group,” said Papandria, an economics and German double major. “To be part of this in my hometown is something special and I am excited to meet many other professionals from the area and take part in the career development opportunities provided by the program.”
