Wabash College sophomore Chris Sides (Brownsburg, IN/Brownsburg) has been named the North Coast Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week.
Sides went 10-for-24 in five games for the Little Giants over the past week. He hit three home runs and accounted for seven RBIs. Sides finished the week with a .417 batting average, an .833 slugging percentage, and an on-base percentage of .462.
He was 7-for-10 from the plate on Sunday against Earlham College, helping the Little Giants secure a series sweep versus the Quakers. Sides had two home runs, and double, and four RBIs in the game on Sunday. He added four hits in six at bats in the second game, scoring three runs while picking up three more RBIs.
