There will be time to celebrate the conclusion of the Campaign and the fiscal year later this summer, but for now, there is still work to be done on behalf of the College. The annual fund still needs approximately $375,000 and 500 new donors to reach this year’s goal. Please consider making a gift to the annual fund while there is still time to be a part of this historical effort on behalf of Wabash College.
Since the start of the Campaign in 1998, the Campaign for Leadership has provided many new opportunities for students—immersion learning courses, research internships, faculty/student programs, and an improved environment for learning. In the past six years, the College has seen the campus transform physically with the addition of the new and renovated science facilities, athletic and recreation facilities, a new Malcolm X Institute, and Trippet Hall, which houses the Center of Inquiry in the Liberal Arts.
While these building projects and new programs have been progressing, Wabash alumni and friends have answered the call to support Wabash during this historical time. In the past six years, the annual fund has grown from $2.1 million to $2.8 million—a sign that Wabash alumni and friends are passionate about continuing the level of education that has marked Wabash for 172 years.
As the fiscal year and the Campaign for Leadership come to an end, it is clear that Wabash has maintained its traditional mission of educating young men while improving facilities and opportunities.
