Here are the instruments recommended:

CIRP

The Cooperative Institutional Research Program (CIRP) is a national longitudinal study of the American higher education system.  The CIRP is the nation's largest and oldest empirical study of higher education, involving data on some 1,800 institutions and over 11 million students (Higher Education Research Institute, 2003).  The following instruments are part of the CIRP study.

IDI

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is a 50-question paper and pencil inventory or assessment tool of statements expressing varied attitudes toward cultural difference (The Intercultural Communication Institute, 2003).

MMO

The Measure of Moral Orientation (MMO) is an instrument that measures the ethics of care and justice as typically associated with the work of Lawrence Kohlberg and Carol Gilligan.  It is an 89-item self-report inventory that is "designed to assess the moral orientation of college students" (Liddell, Halpin & Halpin, 1992, p. 325).
