Quentin Dodd, Network Administrator, gave the Tech Talk presentation on February 22, speaking on Learn to Love Your Email.
The talk covered useful troubleshooting tips and highlighted some advanced features of both Webmail and Eudora. Tips covered dealing with email quota problems, understanding the differences between POP and IMAP, and dealing with message delivery problems.
Dodd reviewed several useful features that many people do not take advantage of, most notably message highlighting, and email filtering. He reviewed many customizable aspects of Webmail, including how to add a weather report to the Webmail folder listing.
