Coffey Named to All-Conference Basketball Team

Junior center Kyle Coffey (Greenwood, IN/Center Grove) has been named to the 2005 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Basketball All-Conference team.

Coffey earned a spot on the Honorable Mention All-Conference team after leading the NCAC in blocked shots with 39 for an average of 1.5 per contest. He was 16th in the conference in rebounding, averaging 4.9 carroms per game.

Coffey played in all 26 games for the Little Giants, starting in 17. He averaged 8.5 points per game. He scored a career-best 21 points against Denison in a Wabash victory, going 6-of-8 from the field and 9-of-11 from the free throw line. Coffey recorded two double-doubles this season. He scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds against Hiram in NCAC action and against Heidelberg in the opening game of the Centre College Holiday Tournament.
