Approximately 100 Indiana college career specialists will be on the Wabash Campus Wednesday for their organization’s spring meeting.
Wabash is hosting the Career Development Professionals of Indiana. The professionals are from colleges and universities from across the state.
Most of the meetings and break-out sessions will be held in the Fine Arts Building, but Sparks Hall and Trippet Hall will also be used.
The career professionals will attend sessions on strengthening their skills and interact with other personnel advising college students. Ros Lister and her staff at the Wabash Career Center are hosting the event.
The Career Development Professionals of Indiana was established in 1995. The Association is dedicated to the advancement of the career services profession within Indiana by promoting improved communications and cooperative ventures among the member universities and colleges for the purposes of implementing professional development, employer development, and public relations activities.
