The men of Unidos Por Sangre cordially invite the Wabash community to its 3rd Annual Latin American Festival on Friday, April 15 at 4:30 p.m. in Salter Hall of the Fine Arts Center.
The purpose of the festival is to bring awareness of the variety of Latin American cultures by providing first hand experience to the campus. This year UPS will be hosting the Chicago Folkloric Dance Company and Sones de Mexico, which will incorporate an eclectic music variety from different areas of Latin America. The festival will include a short lecture by history professor Rick Warner titled “Borders.”
Following this lecture, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic Mexican meal while listening to music requested by the audience. The evening will conclude with the performances of both groups.
