Little Giants Golfers Tenth at Weather-Shortened OWU Strimer Invite

Wabash finished tenth out of 15 teams at the Ohio Wesleyan University Strimer Memorial Golf Invitational, held Saturday at Dornoch Golf Course in Delaware, Ohio. The tournament was originally scheduled for two days, but Sunday's round was cancelled due to snow.

JP Manalo (Ft. Wayne, IN/Bishop Dwenger) (photo left) shot twin 41's on the front and back nine Saturday for a total of 82, finishing tied for 19th out of 91 golfers in the individual standings. Freshman Clay Koehler (West Lafayette, IN/Harrison) fired an 84 for a tie for 30th. Elliot Vice (Ladoga, IN/Southmont) was one stroke back at 85 (T-39th), while senior Kevin Casey (Indianapolis, IN/Cathedral) and junior Aaron Selby (Crawfordsville, IN/Southmont) each finished with a 94 (T-73rd).
