Freshman golfer Jordan Vice (Bedford, IN/Bedford North Lawrence) shot a 10-over 152 to help Wabash to a 12th place finish at the 2005 Denison Fall Golf Classic at the Granville Golf Course Saturday and Sunday.
Vice fired a 77 on the first day before shaving two strokes off his score on Sunday with a 75 to finish in a tie for 33rd place in the individual standings. Elliot Vice (SR/Ladoga, IN/Southmont) tied for 57th with a two-day total of 159 (78-81). Junior JP Manalo (Ft. Wayne, IN/Bishop Dwenger) shot a 161 (78-83) to tie for 65th. Nate Peterson (SR/Thurman, IA/Shenandoah) finished in 75th place (79-87--166).
Otterbein won the 15-team competition with a team score of 557. Wabash shot 638 over the two-day event.
