The result was the same, only the opponent was different Saturday in Wabash's 1-0 loss at Oberlin. The loss was the second straight 1-0 loss in North Coast Athletic Conference soccer action for the Little Giants after losing 1-0 to Earlham Tuesday afternoon.
Wabash managed just three shots in the contest after falling behind in the first ten minutes of the match on a goal by Oberlin's David Wilson. Sophomore Michael Hutchins (Portage, IN/Portage) managed one the three attempts, the only shot on goal in the match for the Little Giants.
Senior Will McAdams (Carmel, IN/Carmel) had six saves in the match.
Wabash (5-10, 2-4 NCAC) will play its final three home matches of the regular season beginning Wednesday afternoon with a 3 p.m. contest against Wittenberg.
