NCAA Playoffs Round Two - Wabash vs. Capital

NCAA Division III Football Tournament Information

Wabash will play Capital University in the second round of the 2005 NCAA Division III playoffs. The game between the Little Giants and the Crusaders will take place at Byron P. Hollett Little Giant Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 26. Kickoff begins at 12 p.m.

The Little Giants advance to the second round after defeating Albion 38-20.

Capital Record: 9-2, 7-2 Ohio Athletic Conference record (tied for second in the OAC, NCAA at-large bid recipient)
The Crusaders advance to the second round with a 21-19 win at North Central.

Series Record: First meeting between the two schools.

Tickets: No passes will be honored for this game. Ticket prices are $8 for adults and $4 for students and children. Tickets can be purchased at the Wabash College Bookstore. The Bookstore will also handle online orders, but will NOT mail them. Online ticket orders can be claimed on game day at the Will Call Window on the south side of Little Giant Stadium. Capital fans may purchase tickets from the Capital athletics department, on the Wabash Bookstore website, or at the gate on Saturday.
