The Grand Rapids Association of Wabash men welcomed the Fords to snowy Grand Rapids on Friday, December 16, 2005. (For photos, click here.) Regional leader Jay Fisher ’66, who also serves as the president of the National Association of Wabash Men, and his lovely wife Marty organized the evening at one of Grand Rapid’s newest restaurants.
Mark Ostapowicz ’92, who is a lieutenant with the Grand Rapids police department, had to work that evening but was able to stop by and offer Holiday greetings to the Fords. Thanks Mark for all you do!
Jay Fisher introduced Andy after dinner for some brief remarks. Andy summarized what has been a great first semester at Wabash and updated the gathering on the searches for a new President and Dean of the College.
Thanks to Jay and Marty, everyone had a great time!
