Visiting Assistant Professor of English Karolyn Kinane’s chapter "Prayer and the Cross: Models for Imitation in ?lfric’s Homily for Inventio S. Crucis" was published in The Place of the Cross in Anglo-Saxon England, published by Boydell and Brewer in January 2006.
Professor Kinane presented "Enclosure and Privileged Space in the Katherine Group Saints‚ Lives," at the International Anchoritic Society Conference hosted by GENCAS, at the University of Wales in Swansea in July 2005. She was an Alternative School Student Panel Discussant for A Spectrum of Alternatives: Alternative Education Research Organization Conference at Russell Sage College, New York, in June 2005.
