Wabash fired a one-round 311 Sunday afternoon, the second-best team score in the first round of the 2006 Hanover College Golf Invitational.
All five Little Giant players were under 80 for the round. Freshman Jordan Vice led the team with a 76, tying him for the ninth-best score of the session. Aaron Selby fired a 77, while Bryan Arnold, JP Manalo, and Elliot Vice each finished with 79's.
Brescia University leads the team scoring with a 298. Rose-Hulman in third (313), with Anderson (320) and Wilmington (321) rounding out the top five places.
The two-day tournament concludes today at Shadowood Golf Course in Seymour, Indiana.
