Junior wide receiver Mike Russell earned a spot on the d3football.com Team of the Week after his four-touchdown performance against Allegheny last Saturday.
The Terre Haute North graduate caught six passes for 141 yards while tying the school and North Coast Athletic Conference records for TD receptions in a game. His six receptions tied his best single game mark, while his 141 yards were his second-highest single game total.
Russell enters this weekend's game at Wittenberg ranked 14th in the nation in scoring with an average of 10.8 points per game. He is 19th in receiving yards per game (98.4 ypg).
