The Center of Inquiry in the Liberal Arts collaborates with institutions to gather and use evidence to strengthen liberal arts education.

Collaborating With Instituions

With support from the Teagle Foundation, the Center of Inquiry works face-to-face with liberal arts institutions to improve student learning and to integrate assessment into college life. Each liberal arts institution has its own unique culture and vision. Our goal is to tailor our support to the needs of individual liberal art institutions.

Gathering Evidence

The Center of Inquiry is leading the Wabash National Study of Liberal Arts Education, a large-scale, longitudinal study to investigate critical factors that affect the outcomes of liberal arts education.
