Junior foward Andrew Zimmer has been named to the 2007 North Coast Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team.
The 6-5 starter scored 21 points in the Little Giants' first victory at Allegheny, then led Wabash with 23 points in a losing effort on Friday night against eventual tournament champion Wooster for a two-game scoring average of 22 points a game. He was 16-of-25 from the field for 64 percent and 11-of-13 from the free throw line (84.6 percent). Zimmer also grabbed six rebounds, handed out two assists, had one steal and blocked one shot in 53 minutes of playing time.
Zimmer was joined on the All-Tournament Team by Wittenberg's Dane Borchers, Jesse Jean and Dustin Rudegeair from Ohio Wesleyan, and Wooster's Tom Port. James Cooper from the College of Wooster was named the Tournament MVP.
