Wabash fired a first-day total of 324 to finish 14th out of 17 teams after one round of the two-day Strimer Invitational at Ohio Wesleyan University.
Senior JP Manalo shot a six-over 77 to finish tied for 25th after 18 holes. Jordan Vice was tied for 53rd with an 80. Brandon Neighbors finished the round with an 83. Sam Russell shot an 84, while Bryan Arnold scored an 85.
Freshman Kyle Nagdeman finished with an 81 as an individual.
The tournament, which will help to determine the team that will receive the North Coast Athletic Conference's automatic bid to the upcoming NCAA Division III Championship Tournament, will conclude on Sunday.
