Wabash College’s Schroeder Center staff is hosting a Job Search Bootcamp today. Wabash College alumni are the key presenters.
The day-long workshop will have successful alums discussing "What Employers Really Want in a Resume and Cover Letter." There will be two sessions on networking.
Director of Career Services Scott Crawford said it’s never too early to get students thinking about jobs.
"The overriding impetus for this event is that we have a number of students who wait too long in the semester or year to start their search, students who do not focus their search very well, and students who simply don’t interview effectively."
Other sessions include: Identifying and Researching the Best Employers for You, How to Best conduct a Job Search, Job Search Ethics and Expectations, Interviewing Like a Superhero, and Mock Interviews.
The session is designed for Wabash seniors.
