Freshman Seth Einterz finished 49th in the Gold Division race of the 52nd Notre Dame Invitational Friday afternoon. Wabash was 21st out of 25 teams at the event.
Einterz posted his best time of the season against some of the top competition in the nation. The freshman finished the 8k race with a time of 25:59. Senior Ben Bly also ran his best race of the year with a season-best effort of 27:28 to finish 147th in the massive field of runners. Sam Compton-Craig was 117th (26:58), while teammate Geoff Lambert took 155th place (27:37). Hugh Jackson was 164th (27:47).
The Little Giants will compete in two week at a pre-regional competition at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
