Tricia Seifert is a postdoctoral research scholar with the Center for Research on Undergraduate Education at the University of Iowa. Tricia's interests center around how college impacts students. As such, she has assessed a wide variety of in- and out-of-class practices and experiences in terms of how they contribute to student learning. Tricia is a student affairs professional with experience in Greek life, residential life, student involvement, and leadership programs. Having worked at both liberal arts colleges and research universities, Tricia brings an evidence-based approach to understanding how college affects students.
