Football Team Cracks Top-Ten in Coaches' Poll

The latest rankings from the American Football Coaches Association have been announced. Wabash moves up to 10th in the AFCA Division III poll, up five places from last week's 15th-place ranking.

The Little Giants defeated Ohio Wesleyan 27-7 on Saturday to move to 6-0 for the season, 4-0 in the North Coast Athletic Conference. Wabash has won 13 consecutive games dating back to last season and 10 consecutive NCAC contests.

Two other NCAC schools are also ranked in the top-25 poll. Wittenberg, who lost to Wabash 46-43 in overtime, moves up to 12th in the polls. The College of Wooster enters the rankings for the first time this season at 23rd. Wabash and Wooster will meet on Saturday, November 2 at Byron P. Hollett Little Giant Stadium in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
