Wabash Opens at Home Against MacMurray in NCAA Football Playoffs

Wabash College (10-0) will play host to MacMurray College (10-0) on Saturday, November 23 in the first round of the NCAA Division III football playoffs.

Kickoff for the game at Byron P. Hollett Little Giant Stadium will be at noon. An announcement on ticket sales will come at a later time.

Wabash earned an automatic bid to the playoffs by winning the North Coast Athletic Conference title. This is the first trip to playoffs for the Little Giants since 1977 when Wabash advanced to the Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl. MacMurray won the Illini-Badger Football Conference with a 7-0 record to go the playoffs for the second consecutive season.

The only previous meeting between the two schools came in 1988. Wabash defeated the Highlanders 55-0.
