Professor of Religion and Philosophy Stephen Webb '83 delivered Thursday's Chapel Talk. His speech was titled "Darwinism is Dead."
Webb talked about his own education in the 1970s, in particular, and how Darwin's theories were largely taught unchallenged. Since those formative years, he said, he's had to re-learn those issues which now he finds if not dead - very near death.
He urged all Wabash students to take classes related to evolution calling it "the most complex and intellectually challenging issue of our day."
