Kip is currently a Sr. HR Representative and Compensation Consultant for Eli Lilly and Company. A member of the class of 2003, Kip graduated magna cum laude as a History major, was a recipient of the Frank Hugh Sparks Award for All-Around Student Achievement, and was a two-time letterman on the Wabash College Basketball team. He is less than a year from completing two Master Degrees (Master of Business Administration & Master of Global Management) through the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition to this experience, Kip served on the transition team for Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels as the Director of Communications for the Department of Workforce Development and is a graduate of the Indiana Leadership Forum.
Kip continues at Wabash as a Class Agent for the class of 2003, a member of the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men, participates in W.A.B.A.S.H. Day, and has spent time speaking to student groups on campus on the value and importance of the Wabash Alumni Network. Kip maintains contact with career services and helps lead recruitment efforts for Eli Lilly and Company at Wabash. Through the establishment of a scholarship in his hometown of Bedford, Indiana, Kip helps provide a Wabash opportunity and financial assistance to graduating senior of Bedford North Lawrence High School.
Kip is a member of the Little Giant Club. He and his wife Nicole live in Indianapolis with their son Jack.
