Wabash entered the US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association national rankings for the first time this season, earning 35.27 points and a 20th-place spot in the second week of the top-25 list.
This is the first season the USTFCCCA has produced a national ranking for Division III. The same system used by the organization to rank Division I teams --- utilizing a mathematical formulae based on current national descending order lists.
The list of top-25 schools is released each Wednesday until the final indoor rankings are posted on March 15 after the NCAA Division III National Championship Meet is held at DePauw University March 12-13. The first rankings were released on January 20.
Wabash will compete at the North Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Relays this Saturday at Denison University.
