The Wabash cross country team finished fourth out of 10 teams at the annual Manchester College Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
The Little Giants finished with 92 points. Kalamazoo won the team competion with 51 points. Huntington (71), Manchester (84), Wabash, and Bethel (105) rounded out the top five places.
Senior Dan Ruge (Chesterton, IN/Chesterton) finished fourth overall, touring the 8k course in 26:56. Freshman Dennis Frazee (Griffith, IN/Calumet) was fifth (26:58). Charles Wohlhuter (Wheaton, IL/Wheaton-Warrenville South) took 16th place with a time of 27:44. Dustin Beck (FR/New Carlisle, IN/New Prairie) was 30th after running a 28:33. Ethan Paul (SO/Evansville, IN/Reitz Memorial) rounded out the scoring for Wabash in 54th (30:47).
