Brock Receives NABC Honors

Wabash senior Aaron Brock has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches 2010 Great Lakes All-Great Lake Region Second Team.

The senior forward from Bremen, Indiana received First Team All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors after returning from off-season surgery to repair a torn tricep. He averaged 14.2 points a game, 11th-best in the NCAC, and grabbed 6.8 rebounds per game to finish seventh in the league rankings. Brock was the top free throw shooter in the NCAC and ranked 46th in the nation among Division III players by hitting 91 of 107 attempts for an 85-percent mark.

Brock reached the 1,000-career point and 500-career rebounds mark, becoming the ninth Wabash player to pass both milestones in a career. He ended his four years at Wabash with 1,205 points for 13th place on the Little Giants' all-time scoring list. His 548 career rebounds place him 11th in Wabash history. Brock also blocked a total of 84 shots in his career, fourth-best among Wabash players. He started 87 games and played in 101 total over four seasons.

He scored a season-high 23 points and a season-best 15 rebounds against Ohio Wesleyan this year. Brock had six games scoring 20 or more points and reached double figures in rebounds four times.
