The Wabash swimming and diving team took sixth place in the pool on Saturday at the NCAC Swimming and Diving Relays, held at Kenyon College and Denison University. Wabash scored 72 points in the swimming portion of the meet. No diving results have been scored at this time.
The relay team of Brandon Peacock (SR/Crawfordsville, IN/Crawfordsville), Brett Findley (SR/Bargersville, IN/Franklin Community), Michael Hewitt (FR/Greenwood, IN/Center Grove), and Matthew Perkins (SO/Indianapolis, IN/Brownsburg) took fourth place in the 200-yard butterfly. The foursome completed the race in 1:41.07.
The 200-yard backstroke team of Brad Williams (JR/Columbus, IN/Columbus North), Tony Caldwell (FR/Washington, IA/Washington), Hewitt, and Perkins finished sixth for the Little Giants with a time of 1:45.53. Williams, Ben Hewitt (JR/Greenwood, IN/Center Grove), Andrew McKone (FR/Glastonbury, CT/Glastonbury), and Findley took ninth in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:05.63).
