Dr. Bojrab's Quick Tips to Better Sleep

Sleep is an often overlooked key to your well-being. You’d be amazed how frequently fixing somebody’s sleep improves other aspects of their health. You may be able to lower your blood pressure, lose weight, gain better control over your blood sugar, and mitigate depression and anxiety—just by improving your sleeping habits. To get the best sleep:

⇒ Evaluate your environment. Quiet, cool, dark rooms are best for sleeping.

⇒  Go to bed and get up at the same time, seven days a week.

⇒  Avoid caffeine and nicotine too close to bedtime.

⇒  Avoid vigorous exercise too close to bedtime. (Except for sex—the more vigorous, the better!)
