Wabash soccer parents and fans honored senior players Galen Collins (Cranbury, NJ/Home School), Matt Hansen (Indianapolis, IN/Bishop Chatard), Cody Lawson (Carmel, IN/Carmel), and Sean McNulty (Ft. Wayne, IN/Bishop Luers) on Saturday prior to the Little Giants' match against the College of Wooster. But Wabash could not come up with a victory, dropping a 1-0 decision in its final match of the year.
Wabash had shots on goal by Collins and junior Morgan Patchell (Kalamazoo, MI/Loy Norrix), but were outshot 8-2 by the Scots. Wooster's lone goal came in the 35th minute.
Sophomore goalkeeper Will McAdams (Carmel, IN/Carmel) had seven saves in the match.
Wabash finishes the season with a record of 8-9-1, 3-5-1 in the North Coast Athletic Conference.
