Wabash dropped a 9-0 tennis decision to nationally-ranked DePauw University Wednesday night in Greencastle.
Peter Gunderman battled Michael Rardon in the second flight of singles play before eventually losing 6-3, 6-4. Lewis Towne fell 6-4, 6-1 at number six singles.
The loss moves Wabash to 13-9 for the season, while 19th-ranked DePauw improves to 12-8. The Little Giants will travel to Wittenberg Satuday to play the Tigers in a North Coast Athletic Conference West Division match at 9 a.m. followed by a non-conference match versus Thomas More at 1 p.m.
