Junior golfer Luke Moton put together his best 36-hole score of the season with by shooting a 150 at Tuesday's University of St. Francis Invitational.
Moton (left) opened with a 78 in the early session, then went back onto the Cobblestone Golf Course in Kendallville, Indiana and fired an even-par 72 to finish in a tie for ninth place at the single-day event.
Charlie Kelly trimmed four strokes off his first round score to finish with a 156 (80-76), tying teammates Jordan Koch (78-78) and Ben Foster (76-80) for 26th place. Kyle Nagdeman shot a 158 (78-80) to tie for 33rd with Drew Palmer (76-82). Sam Russell finished with a 160 (81-79) to tie for 39th.
Wabash finished sixth out nine teams at the competition. The Little Giants shot 619 as a team.
